Zach Sobiech, writer of the viral song 'Clouds,' died on Monday.

Zach was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma last December. He lived a normal teen life. He had friends, a supportive family, and a girlfriend.

If you haven't seen this yet, watch it. You'll end up crying, but the video is sweet.
